Macdill AFB SOCOM Facility– Carpet Cleaning and Maintenance

XSI performed carpet cleaning services on a weekly basis for the SOCOM facility located at Macdill AFB in Tampa, FL for approximately 4 years. Services included working in restricted areas with military escort and the care of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of total carpet cleaning using extraction and encapsulation methods.

Louisiana State University (LSU)—Upholstery Cleaning Maintenance

XSI performs upholstery cleaning services on a monthly basis for the Health Sciences division of LSU University in New Orleans, LA and has done so for the last 5 years. Service includes cleaning of all upholstered furniture in common areas and the creation of cleaning protocol using wet and dry cleaning methods for the care of over 10,000 pieces annually.

Brand Bank and Trust (BB&T)—Various Mold Remediation Projects

XSI has performed Mold Remediation at several corporate branch locations of BB&T bank in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities included creation of protocol, containment of non-affected areas and the total remediation of all mold in affected areas. Total remediation of all projects estimated at 50,000 square feet.

Boys & Girls Club of America—Water and Flood Mitigation Cleanup

XSI performed mitigation and cleanup in the Conyers, GA branch following a mass-flooding event caused by a ruptured fire sprinkler line. Work included water extraction, drying of structure using high-cfm desiccant dehumidifiers, demolition of interior, monitoring of moisture levels throughout drying process, treatment to prevent mold growth and the preparation of interior for rebuild.
