Structural Drying
Structural drying is very important when you have had water damage in your home or business. By not drying the structure properly, you can cause secondary damages such as; mold, odor, and possibly losing some structural integrity. The first thing XSI does is make sure that all the water is extracted out of the carpet and pad, because your carpet and pad absorbs the most amount of water.
We use state of the art equipment to dry the structure out by using high velocity air movers and dehumidifiers to speed the drying process up. This process typically takes 3 days to return all building materials back to your dry standard.

Daily monitoring and charting in the drying process will reduce the drying time. Psychometric charts, hygrometers, and moisture meters are used to get more precise measurements to ensure quicker drying time in the affected structure. Daily adjustments of drying equipment are required for maximum effectiveness.
